Some idiot christian pastor thought he was hearing "gods" voice, even though there is no god but anyway, he though he was hearing it and it was telling him that he could walk on water like jesus. So he gathered his whole congregation to the nearest river and attempted to walk on the water and he got pulled under the current and he drowned and now he's dead. What an idiot. It just had to be a christian didnt it, who else would be that dumb?

slave to jc, drowning happens to everyone obviously but only christians are dumb enough to think they're hearing a non existent gods voice to say they can walk on water like the myth of jesus and drown because of it

The real question is "Did God tell him to go and do it?" Other than that He probably heard it wrong or he wasn't really listening to God! He was an idiot! Christians aren't Dumb.You say it like Christians aren't even human but lower! That's dumb how people say that Christians are dumb! Were all human and some of the humans aren't that bright! So don't lump all Christians together like were all the same!

I'm sorry, you seemed to have something against Christians. You better start reading your history books. Some of the most intelligent people were Christians and some of the most intelligent people you will meet today are Christians. Why do you think Christianity is still here? If we were so dumb, we would have all tryed to walk on water. Only our Savior could do that. Start reading.

HEY! I am a Christian, Baptist at that, and just because the guy thought he heard God's voice (and there is so God) doesn't make him an idiot. People aren't perfect, only God is, but anyway he might have actually thought he heard something, you never know what will happen in life unless you try it out, so that guy went for it.

Yes I heard about it. First, let's not generalize. People do dumb things whether they are Christians or not. It wasn't a very smart thing to do, but sometimes people misinterpret what they think God wants them to do. It was his way of showing how much Faith he had in what he believed. Unfortunately, he was wrong. Most Christians know better.

First off any one acting like that is not a christian. He was a big fake. Any one who thinks that God is personally talk to them is on drugs and i am a Christian and i would never say that God talked to me it just stupid.

Most Christians answer yes.

COOL! You mean, when these people claim to hear someone or something talking to them when there isn't anything there, it means they really are CRAZY??!! LOL! What is even crazier is that the congregation followed him as if it really would happen! I haven't heard this one yet, I hope it is true.....and if it is, WHAT A HOOT!
