Electronic Home Monitoring, or "house arrest" is a luxury you will regret losing if you have to spend that time in a jail cell instead. Wouldn't you rather sleep in your own bed and shower in your private bathroom and eat your own food at home than spend that time instead in a noisy stinky cement cell surrounded by inmates?

You need to create your own "GPS" satellite. By the time a GPS signal reaches a GPS device the signal is very weak. You can create a small radio that broadcast the same frequency and data stream that a real GPS satellite transmits. You will need to know the GPS coordinates of where you want the device to think your at and you might what to create a "routine" to let the device think your still alive and moving around and not at the same point all the time. You might be better off creating a GPS jammer. Your PO might call wondering where you are at first. But once you establish the routine of false positives you might be able to get away for a while. You will have to wear the jammer in order to prevent the tether from recording any data.

Have fun.

Neddie was close. Drink vinegar so that you lose enough weight to slip off the tether and then slip it on to the family pet goldfish. Nobody will ever know.
PS anybody who gives a realistic answer to this question may be committing a criminal act. In fact, asking the question may be an inchoate criminal act.

I don't know what you did to be on house arrest, but really, don't you think you should stay where you're supposed to be?
You may get around the system, but how are you gonna get around being seen in places where you aren't supposed to be?
And are you aware of the fact that when you get caught you could very well end up a nasty jail cell rather than in a nice comfy house?
Is something you should think about.

The devices are smart enough to know when tampering is occurring and send an alert.

If the agent is on his toes, you're release will be revoked and you would be arrested in less than a week.
