Brad Pitt is really playing hardball now. Knowing full well that hes robbing us of a national day of celebration...Brad Pitt is now holding American happiness hostage with his threat not to marry Anglie Jolie in the blood drinking / tattoo cermony weve all been waiting for.

He wont consider marriage until all people can marry...he kept it vague but we know what he meant.

This is a heavy handed tactic and I dont know what to do myself. Before Brad Pitt's threat, I was in the middle on the issue. While I have no problem with gay marriage personally, I still would like to see some research that shows whether there could be a long term impact on the 'institution' of the nuclear family currently shouldering the expense for child rearing...thats it. No hidden agenda for me, Im agnostic and dont spritualize this issue.

But, as I say...now that Brad's issued this threat...oooohhhh...what to dooooo...

Brad Pitt's an idiot if he thinks that people are going to be like legalize gay marriage so Angelina and Brad can get married, what an egomaniac *** whole. I think same sex marriages should be legalized, but it goin to take more than an Actor to make it happen. lol

and really who gives a crap if B and A are married, besides teenagers?

Let's face it he's eye candy, not brain candy. lol

Should we really care what Brad Pitt thinks? I can think for myself. To me marriage between a man a woman is a personal belief and I believe that is the way it was intended to be. I know gay couples who have a very good relationships and really don't care to call it a marriage. It is a union and should be called that. It should be treated as any agreement and signed legally. That will give them rights to health issues and such. But, if there is a separation, it should also be treated as an agreement that has been broken. No one should get out of a relationship without consideration of the other party.

Brad Pitt is just a rich young man with no wisdom to go with his money. All people are allowed to marry. There is no restriction of marriage. Any man can find a consenting woman to marry and vice versa. If that is not according to a persons desires, then they don't need to marry.
Marriage, by definition, is a union between a man and a woman. Always has been and always should remain that way. If people want to engage in deviant intimate relationships, they have the freedom to do so but they will have to find some other name for it besides marriage.

if marriage is so screwed up why do gays opt to get married >> appears like an oximoron .. it is so undesirable ...i like it ....according to possibility gays basically are great on desiring what they might't have ..rather a number of them opt to be ladies ...adequate in specific circumstances to guard it ..pass dress and so on... because of the fact that in addition they have the optimal suicide fee in the rustic i'm assuming that they are actually not ever fairly happy so i doubt giving them the skill to marry might appease them besides .. shall we get straightforward .. the squeaky wheel maintains to squeak .. in specific cases even louder regardless of if it get s grease or no longer .. in specific cases human beings basically basically experience they deserve or want better than others ... complaining that there is by some skill an inequity is basically the beginning up actual or imagined it fairly does not matter

Brad and Anglina have thier reasons for announcing what they have; however; what we should be discussing is how the religious right is trying to make America like the taliban. Marriage is a civil contract not a religious choice. Homosexuals are tax paying loyal citizens who just are striving for equal rights.
If anti-gay laws are put on the books, what is next? Will it be illegal for women to work?

What a dork Brad is. He's killing two birds with one stone here.

He doesn't have to marry "Africanna" anytime soon that way, and he's being oh so politically active and caring.

How tiresome. Brad is nothing but a hairless weiner boy that's getting old.

Does anybody care about Brad's marital status? Is he a few fries short of a Happy Meal? What a moron! He is right up there with Tom Cruise.

He is living with his lover, and is happy...Just like all of the people who can not get married, they are living with their lovers and are happy....

Brad Pitt was a jerk 20 years ago and remains a world class jerk today. I could care less what he and Angelina decide to do. Proves my theory that Pitt is gay and that his relationship with Angelina is a joke.

I honestly don't care whether he marries her or not. I see both pros and cons on the whole gay marriage debate, but Brad Pitt's opinions and threats make no difference to how I feel about it.

I think everyone is missing the bigger picture, He's a liberal so he is for same sex marriage. But what he is really saying is "I really don't want to commit to Angelina Jolie", so I'll do it when same sex marriage is legal. It is like saying it is never going to happen.
