Lean meats such as ORGANIC chicken, turkey and fish are the best sources of natural protein. Grilled and/or steamed meats are the best way to go. Try to use citrus and herbs to season your foods.

Tuna,is what helps me tremendously.I also keep my eye on the nutritional labels of food that I eat and try to get at least 25grams of protein at each meal.2% Milk also helps.

Tuna is great. Over 30gr in a tin. Plus 3 gr creotine which is great for building muscles.
Lean chicken is good too.

I am a nurse and just heard about some guy who died from a protein overdose with shakes and drinks etc.......ruined his kidneys. Better be careful!

Some chicken, turkey, ham, beef, fish or eggs would be good. I usually have a can of tuna or some ham strips. HTH : )
