Until we meet again: Beannacht leat go bhfeicfidh mé aris thú.
Pronunciation: (ban-oct lat goh vecky may areesh who)
This literly translates as 'Blessings until I see you again'

If you are saying it to more than one person you would say (libh), pronounced (liv) instead of (leat):
Beannacht libh go bhfeicfidh mé arís thú

Farewell: Slán leat (1 person) Pronunciation; (slawn lat)
Slán libh (more than 1). Pronunciation; (slawn liv)
Or you can just use the word Slán on it's own.

slán - farewell;
(if staying) slán a chur le duine - to wish somebody goodbye;
(if leaving) slán a fhágáil ag duine - to wish somebody goodbye;

mamó - grandma
seanmháthair - grandmother

PS, MB a fermé votre bouche ou mange votre propre merde, imbécile! Comment grossier et inutile! Je déteste des phrases idiotes en tant que ceci.

It's not "slán", which literally means "safe", but is used to mean "goodbye". "Slán go fóill" means "goodbye for now". "Until we meet again" is "go dtí go gcasfaimid le chéile arís", as the first answer said.
