I'm assuming you mean immigrate. I have no problem with people immigrating as long as they do it legally.

As the earlier scientists used to say 'Nature shuns vacuum.' America is a growing job market and the manpower is limited. When during the pre-election period of presidential elections there was a talk of America holding its hand in outsourcing one of my friends confided to me that nothing of this sort would happen. If the new president tries the business would find its own was and means to go round it. The fact is this way makes a business sense. Same is the case with the migrant labourer. No American citizen would undertake the job a migrant does and certainly not on the same pittance of a wage. So whether we like it or not migrant labour is a fact of life and the sooner we mentally adjust to it less would be the chances of our going overboard. This had happened everywhere in the world--the Middle East, the Assam in North East India, West Bengal (next to Bangladesh).Political compulsions would also compel candidates to compromise with the fact. Aaalthough the show of outward resistence to migrant labour would continue the labour would continue to come through backdoors. Also the Hispanics are prima facie indistingukshable from the While American and very difficult to sort out.The growing insisting on the use of Spanish to the extent of adoping a Spanish national song is symptomatic of the shape of things to come.

Depends on exactly what you mean.
The people who emigrate and come to this country legally, I think are wonderful and are very welcome...they make us stronger and a better country.
The people who come here illegally...though I admire their work ethic and their willingness to endure hardships to help their families...should be rounded up, jailed for a year, then returned to their own country. If they are caught again, they should be jailed for five years. We've got too many people flouting our laws, abusing the taxpayers, and expecting/demanding that we adapt our culture to fit theirs, instead of vice versa.

As long as they are doing it legaly then all I have to say is "Welcome"!!!....My country is a country of immigrants, it would be wrong to deny people the right to come here if they want to. But, it isn't fair to the ones who do it the right way with all the illegals here.

Legal immigration is not a problem, illegal immigration is a problem. Legal immigration WITH limits, that is...and standards of conduct, learning the language, integrating into our society, the whole trip.

dont care what they do just as long as it is LEGAL, what do you all not understand

we as amicans do care what or how they got here, or plan on getting here all we asked for years and now it is just getting louder is they did it legally.

instead of marching on corners they could be done in the immigaration offices filing for papeer work, do they no they go and march. get my point

LEGAL IS WHAT WE CARE ABOUT

As long as they don't plan on staying forever, I'm fine with it.

I think as long as they go through legal channels, it's all good.
