Panama City.
But why is this question in "Chile"?
Chile is a country almost a 1000 miles from north to south, down the pacific coast of the South American continent, Panama is in central america, the narrow part to the west of the Carribean Sea, and where the Panama Canal passes from the Carribean to the Pacific Ocean.
