No. If he has someone then at least wait for him to be available. If he has the hots for you and he's with someone else, it must be for a reason. If he really wants to get together with you, he needs to break it up with that other person if he's not serious about her like you said. Who's to say if he gets with you that later he won't get together to do it with someone else while he's seeing you?
