Eat. Follow the food pyramid guide, or go to a nutritionist to find out the best way you should be eating. And start taking pre-natal vitamins before you start trying to conceive. They won't help you conceive but will help your baby to start developing in an environment that is rich in all the required nutrients. Get the book "What to Eat when You are Expecting." It should have some good tips. And definitely exercise, I suggest going for a good brisk walk for at least 30 - 40 minutes at least 3 times per week.

The four most important things: Do not drink
beer, wine or hard liqior and don't smoke.
After that it's a no brainer. No junk food like
candy, Chips and dips of any kind. Stick to
low fat foods and low carb intake.

Hmmmmm.........I would think that you would rather get "pregnant" than "pregnate".....perhaps you need to study English before you get "pregnate".
