That's still around?
I remember about 5 years ago, there were rumors going around that the original horse shampoo proved effective in growing new hair on balding men. Although perfectly safe for humans, the company was going to reformulate the product and market the new formulation for people.
At that time - the thought was higher then average glycerin in the soap might've been responsible for the supposed hair growth, although the product itself was never scientifically proven to work.

This is originally for horse tails. which is very coarse. some marketing genius decided to sell more. I would not use every day. If your hair is coarse it is worth trying. I've used it on my fine hair. good for frizzy dry hair. horse tails look real pretty.
and manes.

It has alot of wax in it and can build up on your hair, then weigh it down. It would probably be good for really dry hair that could use some coating or hair that needs something to weigh it down and make it less frizzy.
