There are a lot of boring answers here so I feel it my duty to inform the inquiring public that not only do white mice commune psycically with black cats and three legged martians, but they also hold cats with black furr to their utmost esteem (thus, lucky). This does not negate the fact that black cats eat white mice and three legged martians however.

Depends who's point of view. If a white mouse meets a black cat it is lucky for the cat and unlucky for the mouse

I Shouldn't think so, as it would be likely to get eaten no matter what colour the cat was (unless the cat was on a diet).
