Software as in games? Gamestop , EBGames , Target , CompUSA , Best Buy , ect.

Hardware for your computer , as in a video card , try CompUsa , I find that they have the best prices.

Any store that sells electronics: Wal-mart, Circuit City, Best Buy etc..

There are a ton of online stores also, E-bay.com, Tigerdirect.com etc.
