Theres only one reason i'm not looking forward to xmas...I love summer and don't want it to go !!
Xmas this year will be fun....I've lost over 3 and a half stone since last year (I was very sick) and am back to my usual slim self so will love to wear a fabulous dress or 2 for the parties...also my son will be 4 on the 22nd December so he will be fully aware of xmas this year and his little face on the big day will be worth all the money !! Gosh I'm almost getting excited...well doing my xmas shopping on Bond street will probably be the real highlight !! Merry Christmas to you too lol !!!

I start organising and buying as soon as the kids go back to school.

We love christmas, I prefer christmas eve myself, when the tree lights are on, the kids have gone to bed and the presents are under the tree, over the floor, on chairs etc. I sit there with a drink taking in the moment, bliss.
knowing that a few hours later the kids will be up and the family round and me on my feet all day, takes the edge of it a little but it is nice while it lasts.

distinctly a lot, very few small issues left to get like chocs.complication is i'm having complication looking the only for hubby that's darkish choc with 80 5% cocoa. He eats it by using anti oxidants that are solid for him. I hate darkish chocolate it truly is a lot too bitter !

I was in a Cracker Barrel restaurant last week and they have a tree up and decorations everywhere! It was before Labor Day - I really think this is getting out of hand. I don't want to think about it until after Thanksgiving.

The stores are really rushing it this year. We already have decorations, tress, etc on sale here in NC. I think it is just a money making holiday and people lose the meaning of the season.

I was in a store this week and it had Halloween in one isle and Christmas in the next. You could hear the halloween noises cd with ghosts and goblins making creepy sounds, intermixed with a cd of jingle bells and away in a manger from the next isle.
