There is no average age. It happens at different times for everyone. I was unlucky in love many times and I finally found the perfect man for me when I was 40 years old. We've been married for 6 1/2 wonderful years now. (-:
Be patient. He's out there. It's much better to find the right one than to have to go through a divorce and then find him.

What you complaining for Im 39 and still looking,I dont have any social life at all I havent been out on the town for over 2 years,so my chances of meeting someone are totally zippo.

Sometimes it takes a while. I was 21 when I found my one and only and that was only because we met online. I think that you are right on track. Live a little before you get settled.

I think its in the teens, since you change from a kid to a grown up. And u start to understand these stuff. I fell in love at 13.

well, I am 61 and been a widdow for 4 years. I suddenly thought
get a life !!!! and joined every club you could imagin, dancing bowling, salsa, yoga, rambling,cycling, cooking..ect given
my age difference to yourself,, is there any difference in choice
of hobbies,, or , are you just too shy to join on your own ??
Trust me.. it works.. I got a great guy (my age !) but it took
lots of dutch courage, (and on occassions a large brandy !)
to get there..hey ,it might not last.. but I did it !!!!!

Hey me too an i am 28. My ex had to go back to America and leave me. She wanted me to go but i wont leave my life here. I love my friends and family too much. (she is in the military) Keep your chin up hun, you will get your good luck soon x

I know a couple of people who got together in their thirties... there's still time... i'm 25 now and in the same boat but it will happen when you don't expect it im sure!!!
