Ok, this is kind of complicated but, there's this girl I like but my friend likes her too, and he already asked her out but she turned him down, so I'm wondering if i should ask her out and see if she says yes, should I?

yes you should if you really want to know how she feels about you.but if it makes your friend mad then break up because you can't pick your girlfriend over your friend.and if he doesn't get mad then keep on doing what you are doing.

Try being friends with her first. Then if the chemistry is there talk to your friend about your thoughts to ask her out. Chances are he won't care one way or the other.

you gave him first at bat,it should be cool. but if he is a good friend,then he will probably feel bad seeing you boinking the girl he digs. Maybe you can introduce him to another chick,to get his mind of this one.
