i know the word is in spanish, and it's used in a sentence like for example : Entonces despues como andabas vien despanpanante en toda la escuela.

despaMpanante. Remember that in Spanish words we don't have the "-np-" combination.
It means something like "incredibly astonishing". The most of the times it'll be used for a woman who looks really attractive.

You use the verb "andar" in your example (wich is a little... weird to me.. as... not said by a native, but maybe you just made it up). We'd use "despampanante" with a verb like "lucir".
