Does anyone have any ideas? I want some gift ideas...things I could cut in half or things with the word "half" in them. For example, Im going to buy him a half pound of his favorite candy, make him a CD with songs that have the word "half" in their titles to name a few of my ideas. The sillier the ideas, the better!!! Thanks so much!

Don't forget the half a cake... (of course the other half you eat.. hahah) and maybe give him half a gift... Like buy something small but a hint as to the big gift and wait till his real birthday to give.... I cant think now, lol... But maybe um, the remote now.. And the actual tv later.. that was a stupid example cuz as soon as he sees the remote he'll know what its for, but you get the idea...
I actually like the half b-day thing.... I'm guessing its a surprise party, right/?? You better hope he's not reading this... But this is definitely something different and unexpected, and he will definitely be surprised by it... Your catching him off-guard...

I always thought that half-birthday parties were great ideas! Make sure that all birthday cards and cut in half and especially the cake. Cut his age in half and tell him that he is so many years on one side. For example, if he is 20, he is 10 years on each side. The older you get, the better it is. If anyone wants to give him money, make it is in 50 cent pieces or dollar bills cut in half. If you have sandwiches, make that they are half sandwiches. This is great for brainstorming and a helluva lot of fun.

If you're going to have finger food, you should cut them in half. Try and get mini sized (half sized) party items ; i.e. cocktail napkins, small straws, etc. You get the picture. Check your local party shop for ideas.
You should take one of his shirts that you were as a night shirt and cut that in half! I bet he'd like that. ;-)
