what does credi quod habes et habes mean?

Hi,
as you probably know, it´s the title of an album by The Mercury Suite.

The literal translation would be
"you believe what you have and you have".
hmmmmm... :) obviously some interpretation is needed there!

I have found it translated as: "what you believe is real, is real"

... something along those lines.
