I should add he is a lot more experienced then me, we'll just leave it at that... Im just afraid he might be more interested in settling down, while I dont want anything too serious...

However, we do have a lot in common, and have been at the flirt stage now for awhile, so I know he likes me too...

Melissa, got your email but it wouldnt let me respond, cuz yahoo was screwing up. Anyways you are right, age isnt everything, but I feel we are at 2 different stages. I know hes goiing to want a more serious relationship.

Anyways, hes taking me to a yankees game in a few weeks, so we'll see where that leads to....

It's simple. There's a formula for it.
Divide the person's age by 2 and then add 7. If your age is larger than that number, then you're okay. If it's less, he/she is to old.

Example:
Say he/she is 40:
40/2+7 = 27. To old.

Say he/she is 32:
32/2 +7 = 23. Borderline ok.

Say he/she is26:
26/2 + 7 = 20. Fine.

There is no such thing dependent upon the mental capacity of both parties.

If both just enjoy each other's company and neither is in the relationship because they are a control freak/bully or a needy/dependent type, then it's all good.

It is personalities that make a relationship, not some random numbers on a bit of paper

there is no HOW old

what are you willing to date

and why do you care what the world thinks?
I see women your age with 40 year old men and they are happy

Do you want stability and excellent sex

or

Do you want a grown child that is TRYING to find his way
and just learning how to be sexual and a man

you decide

Im 32 and I have several 20 -24 year olds running around me although my woman is 31 (cuz we have allot in common including the fact that we are almost the same age and identify with things more).

However I am grown and dont play lil boy games and dont get jealous like lil boys or try to hold people down.

I would say you are asking this question because you have your eye on an older guy. Am I right?
You should never let age be a factor in a relationship. It hinders your choices and can hurt your chances at love.
If there is someone out there that you want, then forget his age. It doesn't matter. Go for it and have fun.

Depends on their maturity. Some 60 year olds would be ok and some 19 year olds have more sense than some of the 30 year olds have. It depends on you and the person you want to date.

I personally think it depends on the individual. But, if it is ment to be than its ment to be.

I am 24 and my boyfriend is 33. At times it difficult cause of the maturity level but if we are just patient enough...everything works out for the best. I can truly say he is my true love.

Ive dated 24 year olds and im 38. i cant say we have had much in common, but it is fun to hang out with these crazy women.

women my age (most of them) act too mature for me... im too fun loving to act all serious and stuff.

but its true for me, more than 10 years difference is pushing it.
