A lot of people react differently to stress and depression in their eating. Some people eat more or less considerably when they are sad. Also, control could be an issue. You feel as though you are unable to handle any of the things that make you sad, so you control the one thing that you are able to control: food intake.

A little from column A, a little from column B.
If you aren't eating, at least drink those 'Boost' drinks, you know, the ones that are 'meal replacement'. But don't think that's replacing the need to eat.
I'm anemic, and I'm losing weight without exercise or dieting. I drink those drinks AND eat three or four times a day. It's really depressing.
Smoking something that give you the munchies might help - that's what I do!

Stress and depression can cause a whole variety of problems including loss of appetite and a whole variety of problems. Maybe you should see a Therapist or a psychiatrist to help you get over it.

You must be careful. Our desire to eat or not is often linked to our mental health. I suggest you get yourself an appointment with your doctor, and if necessary a psychologist who can help determine what's wrong and the best course of action. Do it as soon as you can or you may find yourself with too great of a problem. Good Luck and Best Wishes.

Yes. But what can I do? Fly to your house and personally feed you? Forcibly? Make yourself eat, to stay healthy. And get an appointment with a psychologist.

Absolutely. However, you should still try to eat because not eating will just make you lathargic which in turn will make you more depressed which will make you want to eat even less. EAT!
