I had a friend who had to wear hose on a doctor's advice for a serious leg condition. He's built like a linebacker, looks like the stereotypical biker type. But he was still wearing hose under his jeans, and I feel sorry for anyone who wanted to challenge him about it. So in some cases, men do wear them.
Remember those commercials where Joe Namath wore pantyhose?
And really, grown adults can wear whatever they like. Most of the male transvestites and transsexuals I've met wear hose, so why not? It might not be "okay" with mainstream society, but who cares? Life's too short to worry about what other people think.

It's OK as long as you stay in the west village. DO NOT go to anywhere in Oklahoma or Texas in your pantyhose.
