Try the Souper Soup Diet at lillieross.com. You can sign up to receive the diet for free & they will also email you diet tips T-F each week. This diet really works...I have used it several times; especially when I wanted to lose fast.

or

Try the Fiber One Diet:
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3xday (breakfast, lunch & dinner)with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
Note: This diet keeps you very regular (bms)

GOOD LUCK!

The Cambridge Diet. I am a client and a distributor of the product. I started the diet in July and have bounced back and forth between 2 different variations of the diet. To date I've lost 30 lbs and almost 3 dress sizes. The first 17 lbs were lost in the first 3 weeks when I went "hard core" on the Fast Start version of the diet. I was 50 lbs overweight to begin with an now am only 20 lbs away from my ideal weight and I feel fantastic! The nutritional supplements eaten in the form of a shake, soups or oats contain 100% of your daily vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Of course, this diet was used under the supervision of my physician. She approved this diet because it sounded like the best alternative for me. It's much like the MediFast diet that I'm seeing on TV so much, however, it's only half the price. It's FDA approved, has been around for over 30 years and it also comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. Feel free to contact me through my website if you decide you are interested or would like more information. Once you reach your goal weight on this program there is a "refeeding" program as well that explains which foods to reintroduce into your diet to ensure you are learning to eat properly. It's all about behavior modification so you don't put the weight back on. Weight loss results are the equivalent of gastric bypass surgery. Good luck to you in whatever you decide!

Do this for a couple of months and it should work for ya. It Did for me. Just go to the internet and look up 3 day diet, and you should find it. They also call it the Ice Cream diet because you get to eat ice cream. Good luck! Robin

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

join a gym, hire a trainer and a nutrition specialist. a lot of gyms offer them with membership. Diet and exercise is the only way to go. Stick with it and have will power. If you have a friend who wants to lose weight also, do it together.
