I have OCD and I have no problem sexual and I am 46 years old. Maybe try talking to a Therapist about your problem.

Are you looking for a a connection between OCD and gender or the act of sex? I have never seen any information regarding a connection to the act of sex. It doesn't seem to be one of the standard things OCDs do for relief.
I think I remember seeing that more females are effected but from the people I know it is about even.
