how do i stop them from getting puffy when i wake up from a napp it feels funny when there puffy in the front like that

Part of the problem is because the rubber/plastic pants are cut fuller than normal in order to accommodate a thick absorbent diaper so you have all that extra room inside them.
Basically the puffiness comes from moving around and air getting inside the pants around the leg and waist bands.
Once that air is inside the pants, your body temperature heats the air and it expands, essentially "inflating" your pants to where they become puffy.
I have the same problem with mine even with the diaper on under them. My pants are made to accept a very, very thick cloth diaper so if I wear just a normal daytime diaper there is extra room in the pants for air and that expansion process.
Just squeeze the air out and enjoy the feeling of your rubber/plastic pants against your skin.
