i have road runner but they tell me that they dont work with windows 98 so i wanna install it and then pass roadrunner into it.
or at least give me a website

Go to your phone book and look up internet service providers in your area.
Decide how much you want to spend and if you want dial-up or cable.
See who services Windows 98. Some let you download the service, others take your information and send a CD. Personally, I prefer to have the CD in hand.

98 does not have many drivers included. You may need to load the driver in the correct order to get it to install. Also it may take a two step process. 1) install Software driver and then install the Hardware modem.
