so like my sister's friend has this huge crush on me. i must say, i'd love to have a friends-only relationship with her and plus all my friends hate her, and i can't say i'm all too attracted to her either.
also, i just had a bad experience with a girl, and then a guy, (i'm bisexual) and so like i guess i kinda went into desprate "advertising myself" mode, but now i'm interested in this one guy who i think things could work out with, and that i'd much rather have a relationship with.
still, she is very hurt that i've been flirting with all these people but not her. i said we could chill sometime which might have been a mistake. i'd told her i just don't want a relationship right now--which was a bit of a white lie--and i'm worried that if she sees me with this guy she'll be pissed. or if i don't flirt with her, she'll be pissed.
any suggestions on how to POLITELY, GENTLY tell her no thanks? thanks!!!!! =D

You have to be honest first and foremost. You have already gone a little to far with leading her on for a refusal to be gentle. Tell her that you just don't see any relationship between the two of you ever working out. Say you think she is a decent person and that if she wanted to be friends that would be nice, but repeat that there will never be anything more between you.
It will not be easy but it is the decent thing to do. You cannot keep stringing her along and not expect her to feel resentful.

the best way to tell a girl is to be honest man. and seriously if u think you can work a relationship better with the guy. just tell her u don't feel like having any strong relationships with girls right now. you want to side a bit. maybe u guys can stay friends? who knows maybe u can be attracted to her later? but seriously. be honest. just say it. it hurts, but it's the truth.

Just be honest, tell her nicely but firmly. I like you as a friend and will never want to destroy our friendship by becoming anything more. Then treat her as a friend nothing more. If she is pissed then that is her problem.

just pull her aside and talk to her, tell her you arent interested in having a relationship right now, and you just want to be single for a while and just enjoy yourself. or just tell her you ONLY see her as a friend, and nothing more.
