ok i like this guy a ton. and he stares at me 24/7. we are family friends and he just started going to my school. he is in a grade ahead of me. i am a freshmen. he's a sophmore. should i ask him out?

Yes only if he's just a year older than you. If you were family friends for so long and you two know each other then go out with him.

totally! why not? and since you've already known him for awhile, it should be really easy.... Just be like, "Hey, I was thinkin' it would be cool to go on a date with you, how's burgers and a movie sound?" if you keep it casual, then you both won't have to feel too much pressure just in case the feelings aren't exactly mutual...

ok. if he likes you (sounds like it), let him ask you. if he doesn't take the initiative, and you know him well enough to be comfortable, then go ahead.

it depends. is he the type of guy who asks girls out every other month? or is he the type to wait it out and see what happens. (me) lol. but honestly, i think you should go for it.
