I just want to know if you eat alot not junk food im talkin about like brown bread, light cheese, skim milk and cereals then go 3 times a day jogging will you still lose weight ?

As long as you burn more calories than you consume you will lose weight.

Yes, you will, but it depends on your metabolism. Also, running 3 times per day may place excess stress on your knees and joints. The foods you mentioned sound like a well balanced selection, but as said, the excess exercise may harm your body. If you plan to exercise that much, though, you will need to eat alot of food to fuel your body.

Eating alot is not going to short circiut your goals so long as it is balanced and you still maintain total calories below daily intake and by that I am not referencing that 2200 cal a day lie. Running three times a day would put you at 3500 cal a day to maintain body weight if you were 160lb.

IF you eat alot (but of healthy food) and exercise you are guaranteed to lose weight.........stay away from the junk and you will shed weight and tone your body !

I would leave out the bread and eat oatmeal instead.
but yeah, you should lose weight like that.

And I would always balance out your carbs/proteins...1/2 & 1/2.
Have you ever heard of the glycemic index...

it is no big mystery. Calories consumed must be less than the calories that you are burning off to lose weight.

Yes you will lose weight.Just don't eat so much of the stuff at one time.Always eat small portions.
