Not a good idea. If you're looking for a change, get a new shower curtain with matching towels and a different small rug. You also might consider painting the bath to a color compatible with the tile.

I hate to tell you this but I tried that once and it was a disaster. I then consultated a professional who said I needed to either tear down the all the tiles and re-do it all, or just get used to the tiles. I ended up moving. My tiles were pink and purple, if it makes you feel any better!!

You really can't....and have it look nice and last. The water and steam in the shower or tub area will cause the paint to peel. There is no way to get it to adhere for a long period of time.

It won't work out for you, if you want a change you need to tear down the old tiles and start over. Sorry.
