Make "no-bake" cookies, they are fast & easy and pretty cheap..

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 ounces butter (1 stick)
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats

PREPARATION:
Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, peanut butter, and chopped nuts. Add oatmeal and stir to blend thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Makes about 4 dozen no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies

This recipe is so ridiculously easy and yet soooo pleasing to the person who buys it.

Dipped marshmellows : 1 jar caramel ice cream topping, 1 bag jumbo marshmellows, 2 cups chopped nuts (small chopped) and any nut you desire or used mixed.

Dip a marshmellow in the caramel, letting extra drip off alittle, roll it in the nuts and place on waxed paper to dry. This will get your fingers messy BUT try not to lick them for you are making this for others! Repeat till all the marshmellows are gone or till the caramel runs out. These are so unexpectedly tasty and I dont even like marshmellows!

for alittle added appeal... drizzle with melted chocolate chips and let harded before packaging in your "for sale" container. YUM YUM ! : )

You could make my 3 chocolatee brownies they are quite easy as you use a packaged brownie mix to begin, when brownies are still warm place 3 chocolate bars on the top, when cooled, frost with a semi sweet chocolat frosting. They are great..

Monster Cookies! Peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chips and M&M's. You can make them great big and sell them individually or make them small and sell by the dozen.

Cornflake cakes.Melt the chocolate, mix in the cornflakes and add glace cherries, cut into smaller pieces.Red,green,or both.Simple, but they always go down well, especially if you don't skimp on how much you put into the paper cases.

Make some kind of muffins. For minimum hassle, make shortbread; the simplest recipes only take flour, butter, and sugar.
