Read some useful tips and articles on how to prevent hair fall on this site

That depends very much on why your hair is falling out. Is there an obvious reason? Are you taking any medications which might have that as a side effect? What about environmental hazards at the workplace? If you can identify the reason, that helps much. In some cases you simply have to remove yourself from whatever it is that is making your hair fall out. Radiation will do that also.
If it is normal and hereditary, there are some drugs on the market with varying degrees of success. Rogaine is one of them. Other than that see a doctor or learn to live with it. I hate that your alternatives are so few, but it's much like aging. You can slow some things, but nothing lasts forever.

Here's what you gotta do:

1. Get a vitamin E capsule (most of them comes in gel capsule form that has a liquid inside. Any brand will do.)
2. Get a needle and pop the capsule.
3. Now get your shampoo bottle and put the liquid vitamin E inside the bottle.
4. Mix the bottle.
5. Use your shampoo.

You'll notice that your hair will grow faster compared before. Trust me, this works. :) I also do this myself. :)

If you have virgin coconut oil at home, you can use this as well. Put it on hair and leave it for at least 30 minutes (You can do this at least 3x a day). Then rinse it off using your shampoo. The VCO can act as your hair lengthener and as your conditioner. :) Goodluck! :) (Refer to my avatar to see how well VCO/Vitamin E works =P)

try pantene pro v breakage defence shampopo and conditioner. also, use neutrogena deep conditioner once a week 5 mins each time to mosturize and help your hair. don't use so many hair products and don't brush your hair so much, 3 times a day is about right. don't blow dry or use straigteners/curling irons, for awhile to give your hair a rest.

Are you stressed out?! Sometimes stress can cause hair to fall! and also your diet can have something to do with it. Eat foods rich in vitamins. I was told that if you put one or two crushed birth control pills in your shampoo it will help you hair grow, but I'm not sure. You can also crush vitamins in your shampoo to help make it stronger!

Call your dermatologist. Make sure the problem is not medical before you do anything!

If it is not a long term problem try vitamins, especially B6 and B12. These helped me.
