it takes 108 g of pork to make 100 g of pepperami. this is because in the process of making it, moisture (water) is removed.

two different types of PIG 100% of one & 8% of the other, giving a total of 108% pork....Maybe ?????? LOL

Perhaps it has the 'genuine' ingredients, then the 'sales pitch semi-joking ' ingredients to make sure you realise it's packed with pork!

I noticed that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
haha i think they meant 8%, but to make it look like there was a lot of meat, they just added 100 to it...haha
