it depends on the way they are canned. some recommend to you rinse them some people do and some don't.. it may also come from how they are cooked...

How big is a serving?

I got SOOOO angry at a store that advertised its "low-fat" blueberry bran muffins as having only "# grams of fat per serving." I bought them, took them home, and then looked closely -- 8 servings per package.

Four muffins.

Half a muffin is NOT a serving, unless you're a PINHEAD MARKETING FREAKAZOID.

So my guess is that the 100 calorie beans have a serving of 6 ounces and the 60 calorie beans have a serving of 4 ounces. Or something like that.

I think it depends on the serving size smaller serving size less calories. that would for dry beans or canned. also if dried if you add anything but water

What are they packed in water or sauce? What size are the servings and how many servings in a can?
