i have heard that he likes me, but im not sure. he says no, but who wouldn't? my friend teases us about it, but he doesnt care and makes a remark back like, oh im so gald u care. if he does like me, i really dont mind, but will he tell me already?!!!!!!!!

Tell him you might like him and see what he does... I mean... just call him out... or plan something that is supposed to be group orientated and then show up ur self and him self.... make sure no one goes... and maybe then you can talk in private... remember boys are pretty dumb... when they like you they pull your hair and tell you they don't and Us as females have to have the intelligence to realize he is trying (annoyingly) to flirt
