so there i was sitting in algebra class. it's my freshman year. i'm an attractive girl, honestly. this guy who sits in the front turns around, and we make eye contact. he smiles slightly, i look back down at my desk and smile. i look back up and he turns around, talking to the girl next to him. he sees me looking at him and smiles slightly again and i quickly look down at my desk..again. a few minutes later i was looking at him, he turned around and saw me, and snapped his head back to the front
does he sound like a guy that would do that to any girl looking at him
or does he sound interested?
i'm not suuuuuuure
i need a guys point of view. was he being friendly, or flirting?

Sounds like this young man is giving you the once over. Is liking what he sees, but lacks the confidence to make the opening 'gambit'. Try saying 'Hi', might loosen him up if you make the first approach. Guys are shy too sometimes!

i think he might be flirting, but then again he could be just a really nice guy who likes to play and joke around. u will just have to see what else he does. like if he touches ur hand in a certain way, always with you, talking to you, making lots of eye contact. but cool. anything like that and its more than just friendly smiles. cool. im a freshman too.
