I really wouldn't do that it is bad for your hair, as is dying it. I've seen too many people go gray after years of dying their hair. If you insist on doing it, but don't want to go to a pro (you have to trust yourself or someone else for this) get a gentle dye that won't dry out your hair. Good luck.

there's this product you can use.
its called Sun-In. you can find it at drugstores, or supermarkets. you just spray it in your hair, stay in the sun for a few hours a day, and it automatically lightens your hair using sunlight.

but it bleaches your hair A LOT. so if you don't want it to become really light, then don't stay in the sun as much.

You can do it gradually with hydrogen peroxide. Mix it 1:1 with water in a spray bottle and spray it in after you wash your hair. my sister used to do that when she was in High School and it worked great - and its super cheap.

Then don't do it.
Bleach isn't something to play with. First of all you have to be able to determine how long to keep in based on how long your hair takes to re-act and be processed.
