Ohhh, what a FUN question.

Most definitely HOT PANTS! In some satin fabric. With nylons to cover the hairy legs. High heels would complete the look on the bottom....yeah yeah...it won't cover his manliness, but it will look cute.
For the top. He'll need a bra for the Fuller Figure woman and of course something to put IN it. Say a balloon with water in it so it will "move" more naturally. Since he won't have cleavage, he'll have to use a button up or better yet a turtle neck shirt in a coordinating color with the shorts.
Complete the look with a full face of liquid makeup (to cover the manly stubble) and false eyelashes with black liner. Don't forget the blush and lipstick. Add a wig and you'll be set for the top.
Now, JEWELRY baby will need to really be done to complete the whole look. Especially earrings, gold bracelets, an ankle bracelet (hey...a girls got to show off her legs when in hotpants) and a necklace (a big one) to fall between those lovely breasts.
I really want to see a picture of this...you'll have to post it somewhere!!
Have fun...

the slim man: wig long is best, makeup make sure that the eyes pop out, girl you do it or he may look like a freak, do not go over board with the make up do it just right,,,, a mini skirt with stockings, hi heels and a small hand bag. do not forget teh necklace and the bracletts.... also med sixe earings.

the husky man: same as above for hair and make up. as for clothes,, a dress perferably A line cut dress stay away from the flower print thou, try a solid dark color, nylons, a low heel ,so he does not kill himself,

the big man: wig with a shorter hair style, makeup the same, a frock something like a moo moo unless you can find a large size dress, try looking in a second hand shop, low to flat shoes , so he does not kill him self,

Hint: Shave Like a swimer (Arms, Face, and Legs)
Go get a manicure and a pedicure.
Wear a black floor length Formal Dress, a wig, Heels (not terribly High)

Don't forget the matching purse, and always have make up on.

Make sure you get him to wear at least 4" heels with a mini skirt or mini dress. Put a wig on him and make sure to add makeup. Give him a big purse to wear and give him a nice name, like Kiki or something. Tell him he has to get 3 guys phone numbers by the end of the night, or you're sending pictures to his mom. Ha ha.

If he had to gown as a woman i'd be bowled over. no longer purely that yet i does no longer like it. We lived in New Orleans for decades because of my hubby's job. At Mardi Gra I spoke of sufficient adult men in drag contained in the French Quarter to very last a existence time. no longer purely on the instantaneous yet at halloween activities.sufficient is sufficient. High heels and pantyhose are a must. A really bold colored dress...like red or bright blue. A wig would be nice, but not necessary if a wide brimmed hat is included. A big clutch purse. PINK makeup...not red...you don't want him to look gaudy, hee hee.

Always a dress with matching gloves. Get a fake wig and make sure to get fake eyelashes and tons of makeup! And shoes are a must!!! But because guys have bigger feet than women you might have to specially order shoes.

Well - what period costume does he want? We could go with the Elizabethan woman - whalebone corset, and all. We could do the 50's housewife ala Donna Reed or Mrs. Cleaver. Or how about Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz? LOADS of fun options.

Ohhhh! I have done that before. I dressed my ex up in my cheerleading outfit (It was quite tight on him) and let him borrow a bra, which I stuffed with socks and used dots (candy) as nipples, I also put a wig on him and did his makeup. Believe it or not, he actually got hit on by a few guys!

I think that you shoudl dress him up like Harold Perrineau from Romeo and Juliet. I think he wore a white sequin mini skirt with a white sequin halter bra top, platforms and lots of glittery make up. It was so grossly over the top that it was awesome! I loved it. Don't forget the afro.
