I fly weekly for company, the two kinfolk and distant places, and the handbook I constantly carry on with for the time of turbulence is to observe the flight attendants. in the event that they are nevertheless serving drinks, then all is nice. you could evaluate a nap mask and Bose noise cancelling headphones, so which you would be able to easily block out each thing and loosen up. in case you're on an distant places flight a dozing pill won't be a bad thought the two. I additionally trust the previous poster to contemplate a splash bit treatment in the previous you're taking your next holiday; you do no longer opt to finally end up with a panic attack at 27k over the Atlantic. sturdy luck and...breathe!

i love natural hair but if you want to relax it make sure you take care of it. trim it every so often. keep it moisturized, do a hot oil treatment and a deep moisturizing treatment. relaxed hair needs a lot of upkeep
