My god.....that is quite the dilemma your in! Just imagine the chances of that actually happening.
There's quite a few ways you could do this, but because this probably will never happen to you again, here's what I would do (this isn't what YOU should do, but its what I would do).............spy on them until you are sure that he is taking her out on a date, hopefully to a movie or restaurant. Then, when you see them sititng alone in their chairs...or at their table....confront them, its as simple as that. Accuse him of what he is guilty of. If your ex girlfriend is smart, she will see his reaction and know you are not lying. This is when all hell breaks loose! Total embarrassment on his part, a complete humiliation! He will be humbled. (This is by no means a joke, this is what I would do if I were you.)
The best advice i can give you is to rationalize and do what you think you must. It really must come down to what you need to do. But...just think about what i said. =)

well i think u should confront them both and break up with the guy. if hes cheating on u he's not worthy! u should probably confront ur bf b4 ur ex. ur ex might like say ur just paranoid cause u want me back or some crap like that. if u can get it out of ur bf 1st there's a chance that she'll admit it 2.
being bi isn't weird, its a part of nature.

Take a picture of you with your boyfriend kissing or something like that. And show your ex girlfriend and say he is an improvement on her. Tell her she was such a lousy girlfriend she made you turn to men. Normally I'm not a fan of revenge but she sounds like she needs it.

You need to get the two of them together with you and you all need to tell each other. When you're all together tell her that he's your boyfriend. Or so you have proof that he is (In case he says to her that you're not his boyfriend, or that he's not bi) tell him to write you a letter or send you an e-mail telling you how he feels about you and say you'll write one back. That way you can just show it to her if either of them say that you and him aren't dating.

Well, she didn't do anything wrong. So, what would be the point of confronting her? CONFRONT your "man". He's the one you should be mad at. Unless you guys have an open relationship. You should tell her also. But, don't make it out to be her fault. Apparently you guys both have bad taste. You both should leave him alone.
