If you didn't find anything on the Pride site, you can try Sherdog or Full Contact Fighter, they have clothes as well. Does your brother have a fav fighting style or fighter? You may try their web site. For instance, the official Brazilian Top Team and Wanderlei Silva sites have clothing available too.
