My bf of 2 years is very protective of me and would take bullets for me. But he goes too far, his jealous gets him into trouble. We were at a Haggen Daas 2 weeks ago and a man was looking at me and he had said something about my breasts in Spanish and my bf heard him and fought him right there in the store. The police came and he got arrested. I was so upset at him.

he sounds like he is obsessed with you........if you are attractive other people will notice.......since the guy didn't say anything to you directly i don't see any reason for him to fly off the handle like that......i advise you to be very careful......that behavior is not cute....

Absolutley no longer!!!!!! Jealousy is one of those abuse thats can finally end up ruining a relationship!! there's a differance between no longer permitting yet another guy to degrade, disrespect, or bypass the line with your female, in a manerly trend with out being an excessively obnoxious as**ole!! preserve her in a mature, loving, manley trend! That exhibits you want her, yet to be a jelouse, over protecting freak, is largely to own her, and NO female LIKES THAT!!!!!! except she herself is that way, properly then thats an total different situation, and only a straightforward previous risky, relationship that you both might want to end before you finally end up killing eachother or somebody else!!! God Bless and sturdy success!!! bypass to a alanon assembly you'll study alot!! no longer something incorrect with looking for outdoors help, for inner develop!!

But if the other guy said something he shouldn't, than ur bf had the right to get upset... But not to the point where the police had to intervene. He needs to learn how to deal with his anger, b/c some day he might do something to u.

Alot of women get mad over men who let other men say things like that. I don't know the whole story but I would have confronted the man and if he step-ed up or didn't apologize, I would have done the same thing. I have had guns pulled on me over the same situation and still made the guy apologize.

Okay, that's taking it a little too far. When the cops start getting called when you go in public with him, you know it's becoming a problem. It's nice that he looks out for you, but he's going to have to learn to let some things go. Guys are going to check you out. That's just the way they are.

Here's a lesson from an old timer. Jealousy may seem romantic and proof of love. It isn't at ALL. It is proof that your bf is immature at least and, at worst, psychotic. You can do much better. (Something else for you to think about--he would NOT take bullets for you.)

That is crazy he should be glad guys are looking at you that means that you are pretty and he is the one to have you. There is a lot of perverts so he shouldnt pay attention sounds to me he is a little but of both be careful thats not good to be fighting and getting arrested.

Uhh... I think my hubby would do the same.. if he could understand Spanish. Well, maybe not a fight but he wouldn't have let it slide by like it was nothing That man should have had more respect than to comment about your breasts in front of you and your man. I bet he was surpirsed when you boy knew what he said!

Sweetie, he is being overly protective and eventually he is gonna start blaming you for trouble that he gets in. Love goes deep but being jealous is something more serious. I hope it works out for you.

He is very jealous and you have to be very careful with him. What if one day he thinks you smiled at a guy and slaps/hits you. Just talk to him and tell him that he should relax and trust you and If a guy tells you something he should be proud because you are his not that guys.
