Is it a threat? If so, call police and you can remain anonymous.
If its just some bud and you just don't like the traffic, have the decency to let them know they need to cool it or you will call the authorities. Hundreds of thousands of people get put in prison every year for a plant that grows out of the ground naturally...just think about whether or not you feel ok with putting someone in prinson for life for that. Try asking them to deliver.

Call your local Police Station and they will know exactly what they want to do about this situation. They would probably set up some kind of surveillance of his house, etc. Other than that, don't get involved or you could be in BIG trouble.

I actually just went through this with my neighbor. I went to my local sheriff's website and there was actually a link to email the sheriff about crime. I emailed them and they forwarded it to their narcotics unit and one of them called me for details. I would just call the local sheriff/police and ask them who you need to talk to. Either they can help you or refer you to the narcotics unit. Good luck!

likely no longer, until eventually they were promoting it to childrens, then i'd list it for positive. I also would list it, if it disturbed my way of existence, like druggies spectacular out the position I stay, or some thing else that ought to complication me.

The police will tell you that is hearsey unless you yourself have bought from them, in which case you will be arressted.
