I weigh 100 pounds and my height is 4"10 and I'm 55 inches I'm 10 years old.

You are too young to worry about being fat. You are at an age where your body is going to go through many changes. As long as you are eating right (healthy) and exercising a little every day, you need not worry about your weight right now.

which sounds pretty good to me.

Always exercise some by playing and having fun every day, and don't listen to mean people. I see mean (uncaring) people here already responding to your question.

I have a question for you too:
Are you comparing yourself to your friends?
Everyone ages differently.... and the way that you spend your days has a lot to do with what your body looks like today and 2 years from now.

According to Stature Weight-for-age percentiles chart for girls ages 2 to 20 Developed by the National Center for Health Statistics:
Girls age 10 should weigh between between 56 and 108 lbs The 56 lbs is 5% percentile weight and 108 lbs is 95 percentile weight.
100lbs is about 92 percentile weight which simply means that you weight more then 92 % of 10 year old girls. You need to loose some weight to have average weight for 10 year old girl. 50 percentile weight is about 85 lbs.

Learn about what is called a Body Mass Index, or BMI. That's how you would determine whether you are overweight.

At age 10, you should be worried mostly about being healthy -- studying, exercising, eating right, being happy.

No and at this point in your life you definitely shouldn't be worrying about it. It is important to get into good eating habits but you shouldn't fear eating at such a young age. If you feel fat its probably just puppy fat, but If it is bothering you do some more fun exercise activities, but don't take it too seriously.

i know how you feel, i was conscious about my weight at 10 also, and im 12 right now.
you shouldn't worry, cuz you're pretty tall (i am like 5'2"-ish). if you really insist though, just cut the soda and junk food (though for some reason i think you already did) and switch to water and healthy stuff. i understand, so feel free to message me on yahoo 360.

No you are not fat at all,Don't listen to anyone who says(even jokingly ) that you are. Your body is prob going to start changing soon but that's just part of growing up and getting a few curves.

10 years old? I think there should be a Yahoo! Answers Kids so little children don't bump into adult-type questions... just my opinion...

it dont madder what other ppl say u should know whats the right body type for u . if u think you'r to fat then cut back but if your just asking cause someone said u were dont worry ppl are so rude like that.

well for right now yes just stick to healthy food.
not to worry i am 13 and am 120 and i ws 100 at 10
