see ive been talkin to this guy like for a year now and he tells me that he really likes me and stuff but yet were still not together. and now im talkin to this other guy and im sorta gettin feelings for him but i dont wanna hurt the one that ive been talkin to for a year so can some one please give me some advice

Well if you arent dating the guy that you have been talking to for a year, then just tell him that you are very sorry, and you have feeling for someone else. I mean its not like you guys are dating, so there should be none of that emotional stuff going on. But I could understand if it does take some time to get things flowing smoothly again! Depends how long you want to wait. You gave the 1st guy clues and hints and no go. The second guy is now around and see if he can get it. OR maybe the 1st guy will be jealous of the 2nd guy and so the 1st guy will then ask you to be his girlfriend. Time will only tell.

You gotta give the this guy an ultimatum, "listen, me and you have been talking for a year now and I need to know do you want to take it to the next level or not, i mean all or nothing" if he needs time to thing about it give him 24hrs. you can even tell him that there is another guy that your talking to that is more interested. You really need to talk to him about it.

if the first boy has been telling u that he likes u then u may want to try to make the first move ask him to help u with something and see if that works and if he told u he likes u did u tell him u liked him or did u hesitate cuz that may also be apart of it
