eww. I had pinworms as a kid and I don't remember my parents doing anything to the mattress. I think pinworms had more to do with me not washing my hands and then sticking them in my mouth.

possibly orange oil (like citrasolv) or something with cedar oil because those are non toxic pest repellents...make some sort of solution with water, saturate the matress and then let it dry out?

Have it Steamed Cleaned...that kills everything.
