i'll spend a weekend near Salisbury, i'll have a car and i'd like to see nice old villages and country pubs in that area. Any suggestions? I'm from Italy, so I'd like something very British

Stonehenge, the Cathedral, Old Sarum, Salisbury Market on a saturday...loaads of villages nearby, Middle wallop aviation museum, Club rouge (pole dancing) Loads to do and see try www.salisbury.gov.uk

A little place called Ludgershall.Its got a fab ruined castle that's built on the remains of a neolithic earthwork.Some lovely woods to walk through and a proper local pub with smashing home cooked grub.

go anywhere in the new forest....full of ponies runnin free, thatch cottages, and old world charm. Burley is a nice little village, if you like the country side then this is a good area to cover and plenty of good pubs the fighting cocks at godshill just outside fordingbridge is a nice one

There is an amazing coastline drive from Bournemouth/Pool, to Corfe, Swanage, Kimmeridge, Lulworth - Pubs all the way

Devon as ive been there breathtakingly alluring extra effective possibility of having good climate it has the appropriate climate in uk, good beaches good eating places numerous boat journeys and so on you may bypass on.
