The only way golf can spoil a good walk is if you take a cart!!!!!!!!! Next time you play, walk. Count how many different type of trees are on your course. You will be amazed at all the variety's there are. Then the next time you walk count the number of different flowers there are then count the ect.....you will be amazed at the different subjects a golf course presents.

spoiling your walk no, only if you are in a cart and stopping to walk to your ball.

But you can can get more of an upper body work out if you suck. Stopping, walking to the ball, swinging, skulling the ball for 5 feet, hitting the ground with your club and walking to the ball again.

Just repeat the process and have a great workout.

Good one.
The fact is, though that golf w/o a cart, of course (no pun intended), offers both the healthful property of the walk with the fun and frustration of the game.

Lol..I suspect you read the book. Did you? I also liked "Who's Your Caddy"...funny and informative.

And yes, going insane trying to put a little ball into a little hole over and over and over......yes, it does spoil a good walk
