Humor is the devil's way. It makes you turn your back on the sober, serious ways of god. You remember, as a Fundie, that in the midst of life we are in death, and that we may die in the middle of a laugh, and so will lose forever our chance for grace. God hates laughter.

It's an unwritten law. Thou shalt not have a sense of humor. And if you suspect someone else is having fun, make sure you ruin it for them as well.
