this guy has been flirting wiht me 4 like a week adn he wanted to hang on the last night of summer (wednesday) adn i was like yeahh call me but then i had to tell him that i couldnt hang cause my mom said i have to wait till friday to hang cause it is the start of school.. and he was like ok c ya in school and we can hang on friday..... so on thursday he said "lets meet up b4 school starts in the morning on friday" and i said "yeah at like 7:45" and he was like "c ya there".... well it is friday adn i never went to meet him cause i was throwing up all morning and had to stay home from school adn my mom said that i cant hang 2night cause i was sick.... so after his football practice is over i m gonna call him adn tell him that so he doesnt like think i ditched him and ask if we can hang on saturday (tomorrow).......i dont want him to think that i m not intrested in him.......what should i do? no lame answers please guyz what would u think?

This incident reminds me of my best pal, who too had the same situation. the only difference was that,he played a different sport.......cricket.
Since from the way i c your approach, u like him and doesnt want to either ditch or avoid him. So what u must do is to give him a call,tell him the reasons y u weren't able to hang up with him and meet him.
Also for his satisfaction, this time u tell him where to come and when so that he wud show up and u too cud hang around and solve this small puzzle.
Also that time, dont give any lame excuse to him about y u weren't able to come ok? do go for that ok?
This was what my pal did, his gf called him up. They hang outs occassionally, like once a week, and keptin touch with him.he always respects her decisions. Now they r on the verge of marriage too.
If u take up this matter very carefully, u might end up like my best pal did. But only when that time comes.And u and your bf cud b good friends 4ever.
Do call him and tell him when and where to come, ok? Definitely he wud show up.

If you ditched me that many times.. I would begin to think you were avoiding me.. If your not in fact avoiding him, when you do get the chance to hang out with him, MAKE IT UP TO HIM, for the 2 or 3 times you had to bail on him.
Let the first date got a little further than you normally would.

Just call him when you can. If you sound at all like you were sick, and if he noticed/realized you weren't in school, he'll know you weren't ditching him.
