Spam folder, possibly. But be careful, paypal emails are often spoofs trying to get you personal information.
Although I'd be happy to help you get your email if you would just be so kind as to give me your social security number, name, address, mothers maiden name, birthdate, an electronic copy of your signature and fingerprint, your bank and credit card numbers, maybe a routing number, just for fun your email password, and if you could just send me a key to your car that would also be very helpful.

Why is Pay pal sending you emails. Be careful becuase there are a lot of Scams going on right now with Pay Pal where you will get an email that says they need to verify your account because someone is trying to use it and then to click on a link and give them your email and credit card information and then they steal you blind. pay pal does not send you emails. Ever!!

It may have gone into your junk mail.
If ever you are unsure wether any emails from eBay or paypal are genuine, forward them to spoof@paypal.com or spoof@ebay.com & they will email you back to let you know.
